Dear people at RTC,
I wanted to share our experience with your company with you. We were first contact by Simon. Our insurance company had suggested RTC and Simon was the one. He was very informative, professional and courteous. we had been contacted by other companies but Simon was the one we trusted. There was 1 company who lied, exaggerated and hounded us, then informed us we'd be sorry after we told him we went with RTC.

Your crew that delivered the material was very nice, courteous and fast. The crew to come do the roof was very professional and got right to work. I was amazed at how quickly they got it done. When I went outside I could hear they had music playing but it was so low in volume I had to really listen hard to be able to hear it. Our neighbor who went with the "other" company, that crew blasted the whole neighborhood with their music. Not necessary!! And it took them longer to get that roof done, mostly because of 3 hr. lunches and not even showing up in the middle of the job than 2 weeks later they came back to do gutters.

Then at the end I've dealt with Stephanie. She has been so nice and courteous. I have never been through this experience before and she was very patient and kind.

Thank you again for making this experience so rewarding because I love my new roof!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND RTC

RTC just replaced my roof and deck. They sent out the "A" Team to do the gutter and roof, which consisted of three brothers. They were professional and their workmanship was outstanding. "Mark and Mark", who installed the deck, were not only experienced craftsmen, but great to work with. In my youth I was a roofer, gutter installer and carpenter so I know quality. I highly recommend RTC, you won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough about RTC Roofing & Exteriors!

Our situation required prompt attention and an expedited installation. We were selling our home and found out we needed to put on a new roof for the buyer. With just days before closing Mike and his team got the roof installed and we were able to close! Oh and it happened right after a major hail storm so they literally dropped everything for my project.

I was skeptical about using a company from Colorado to repair my home in Cheyenne but our insurance company referred RTC and I am glad I listened to my agent! RTC did an excellent job repairing our roof, siding, gutters and window screens after the hail storm last summer.
